Beautiful property and extremely peaceful. Lots of accommodating staff and the pool is nice and heated. Nice peaceful walk around town and lots of hikes available nearby. Be wary, the rooms don't have any air conditioning.

Murren is a beautiful little town that is perfect for hiking. (we went in the summer) This hotel is located near the train station so the access is easy and it's a short walk from the gondola too. The restaurant is magnificent and the staff super friendly and helpful. There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel, but it should be finished soon. I highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

Heaven on earth

Our room was immaculate when checking in and the entire staff was very informative and helpful. The breakfast buffet was everything you would want and more. Our dinner (salmon) was the finest tasting ever had and we eat a great deal of fish. Lastly, Maria and Joseph our servers and the chef are outstanding! .

The property have fantastic view of the mountains . Welcome aperetivo for the guests is appreciated . They have a good breakfast and good restaurant for dinner . The room is pretty big . I think they need to consider air conditioning as we are experiencing climate change everywhere including Switzerland .

Everyone was so lovely at the hotel. From when we were greeted by Lionel at the gondola station, to the woman at the front desk, all the employees worked hard and were so accommodating. The room was clean and cozy. The dining area had an amazing view of the mountains.
