Absolutely loved this hotel and the amenities. While we wanted to eat out for dinner every night we have 2 toddlers so that wasn’t always feasible, so having all the utensils/plates/etc. was so helpful. The staff even had a goody bag for my girls and that was so kind! The view we had of the seine was beautiful and I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel was conveniently located across the Seine among other shops, restaurants, coffee shops and patisseries. Walking distance to the Le Louvre, Notre Dame as well as the Musée d'Orsay. Room was very large with a lot of open space for luggage. Kitchenette offered the amenities needed to make a quick bite to eat as well as a refrigerator for storing foods . The team of staff were very helpful, friendly and very attentive during our stay. They helped provided patisserie recommendations and helped with restaurant reservations. Great service! Would stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay at Citadines Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Paris. The receptionist was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful, and the entire staff was friendly and professional throughout our stay. Although we experienced an unfortunate housekeeping issue upon arrival, the staff handled the situation with care and professionalism. They were very apologetic and made a genuine effort to make things right, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we were very pleased with the kindness and customer service we received. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel welcome!

Stayed for 12 nights. Hotel is in a wonderful location between Notre Dame and The Louvre, close to all buses, metro and trains. Great walking neighbourhood for mum and daughter (16). Room had everything we needed, fresh coffee in the lobby and a linen room to grab fresh towels, sheets and toilet paper when needed, no daily room cleaning. Lobby is bright and spacious, friendly front desk staff to greet you. It isn’t the most modern hotel, could use some updates - if you are looking for a great location, clean and comfortable stay, I’d definitely recommend.

Loved the hotel. Wonderful location. Very clean hotel. They don’t clean the room every day but there is a room where they have extra towels etc. Will clean every day with a charge. Nice size room with a small kitchen. First morning there was a very nice lady serving breakfast but didn’t like the lady from second till fifth morning. She was very rude. I will definitely stay there again but will not pay for the breakfast while there is a kitchen with the room & coffee, tea available all the time in the lobby. The evening we checked in there was a gentleman from Bangladesh, very polite & nice.

Wonderful location!! We stayed here for 4 nights in June 2026 right near the end of the incredible heatwave of the century. The property offered popsicles to cool us down. =) Staff was kind and helpful, room was exactly what we expected, and again, the location was amazing. Will stay here again.

Good room. Cleanness was okay. Spacious for Paris standards. Amazing location!! We were able to keep 2 luggages open and still move around the room. Beds were comfortable. They don't come to clean the room or change towels. We had to exchange our towels and get toilette paper from Downstairs which we didn't mind because it is quicker than waiting for someone to bring it. We,re paying for the room size and location. Highly recommend.
