The bed frames where metal and the pillows where from dollar store and flat. Worst hotel experience ever. After booked on Expedia checked my card and I got charged again not from the app but the hotel "

"The only good part about it was the lady that checked us in. The door to get in wasn't locked. Anyone can get in. Our room for didn't lock. The beds are this thin metal base so when you get in and out of bed it sounds like thunder. The frig wasn't plugged in. We had to move everything and plug it in. The bedroom door was dirty and felt like we were gonna go through it. And to step in and not of the tub was bad. "

"Could have used a little more detail with cleaning the room as I found a dirty fork and tissue between the bed and night stand and some old looking food stuck to the shade of the window. Beds are very firm, if thats your preference your in luck. Staff was excellent, building was new and very nice, breakfast is amazing, and 24 hour shuttle service."
