"The bar staff was very attentive and friendly. The front desk staff was great as well, I did wake up with a migraine and went down to the front desk inquiring on purchasing some advil or tylenol and unfortunately they were out, no fault of their own, and directed me to the nearest gas station a few blocks away. My mattress had a large dent across the width of the bed right at mid-back level. I had already unpacked and gotten organized before I noticed it so I did not ask about changing rooms (room 726) though I'm sure had I brought it up the staff would have done what they could. "

"The location was great. The front desk clerk and a couple of the housekeepers was wonderful and friendly. What I didn’t like is that my room smelled like a wet dog. And the continental breakfast area was very unkept while service was going. I went down there at 9 AM. Most of everything was gone and it was dirty."

"Spacious room, historic building downtown Louisville! Convenient to downtown restaurants..also had a very nice bar and restaurant on location. Outstanding breakfast buffet! "

"The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Downtown Louisville. The room was spacious and the breakfast was substantial. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The pool was a little small and there were elevator issues a few days that I was there. The hotel is convenient to multiple restaurants."
