"room was amazing for the most part when i checked in room type was not available. property attempted to give me a twin room but i refused based on reservation and in term they provided with a suite that was above and beyond and exceptional with the upscale decor and amenities and spacious. the hotel lobby was modern and endless dining options in and around the hotel "

"Exceeded expectations for the location. Noise from the busy streets was biggest downfall, but expected being so close to train station. Fantastic selection of breakfast foods. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Small shower in one of the rooms. Larger in the other room. We had two rooms for a family trip. Elevator was a pleasant surprise also. "

"Very good clean hotel. When I checked into my room the heat would not work. A technician was needed and was not available. In the morning the issue was fixed completely. There was not another room to move me to. I was provided with a portable heater which worked perfectly well for the night."

The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, there are lots of good restaurants and shopping options nearby. It’s also right across from Piazza Garibaldi, where many tours start, so it’s very convenient overall. Would I comeback? Absolutely!”"

"The staff members were wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. On our last day we had to leave at 5:15 AM to catch a flight. Michael, the staff member on duty, was amazing. He arranged for our taxi to the airport and processed our check out quickly and professionally. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. We were disappointed that the pool was not open, but we stayed in mid-October. The breakfast was wonderful - many quality items to pick from. The location was walkable from the train station. The neighborhood was noisy, but with our window closed it did not bother us. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!"
