The air condition was very loud, I didn’t have a good sleep for the first night. But they were very kind to move us to another room on the other side of the building. It’s much better. The location is the best in Richmond. The service is great.

I’ve traveled on business for almost 40 years and thats got to be the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen. $142.00 for a family of four for breakfast, you should be ashamed of yourself. Never in a Sheraton again.

This hotel is close to shopping and the transportation links into the downtown area. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was having a few labour disputes during our visit but the staff and management when above and beyond to ensure it had minimal effect on our stay.

Overnight stay next to the airport. Hotels have shuttle service so very convenient for following day back to airport. I house Starbucks or restaurant available. Comfy beds. All I needed
