"This hotel was fantastic for me! It’s a hop and a skip away from St. Joseph’s cathedral in the old quarter of Hanoi. The location is perfect, the room was always cleaned quickly. The hotel offers laundry service which makes traveling much easier. There are also plenty of options for tours or cruises you can sign up for in the lobby. The staff was excellent, friendly, professional and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to another traveler. "

"The staff and service are outstanding here!! They are very attentive to their guests. The breakfast has great variety and delicious food. It is conviently located and everything is within walking distance. The rooms are clean but you may eant to check them out once you get the key. Some are more maintained than the others. Also, for the premium rooms with a window, make sure you get a room on the right side where you can see the city. If not, you will be looking at the back of the building. Despite those issues, the staff and their excellent service makes up for any inconvience. They will go out of their way to help you have a comfortable stay. "
