"The place was ok, but details said breakfast was included which it wasn’t. When we asked the host he said the 2 dry packs of noodles was “breakfast”. No staff on site most of the day, no housekeeping or toilet paper refills. Room was clean at least and had free laundry machine upstairs, but took several cycles to get dry completely. Not very convenient area and difficult to walk around nearby. "

"The lock of inside on my room is broken and won't close. I have to lock it with a key, but the light won't turn on unless I insert the key, so I need to use my cell phone light. "Absolutely wonderful. I stayed twice, on the beginning of my trip and when I returned to fly back to the US. The staff was amazing A special thanks to Ami who helped with check in and out both times and a very special thank you to Jelly who assisted on the concierge desk with many recommendations. I’m returning to the hotel March 2027. Thanks to all, especially Jelly!"

"The staff was lovely and the location was great. I did not feel the hotel was 5 star when compared to other 5 star hotels in the area. Our room was disappointing/not as expected which we voiced to the staff at check in and through a review after we checked out. The hotel manager reached out to apologize and corrected as best he could which I appreciated. Overall the experience was fine but I wouldn’t stay here again. "
