"Got to the room to check in and they turned us away because we lived within 50 miles. I need a refund "

"Fell asleep with my wife and woke up to our bed covered in bed bugs, we asked for a new room which we were given. The only problem was they down sized our room from a king sized bed to two twin beds and still charged up for the king sized room. I was also charged for the stay in the bed bug room."
