When i pulled up to the hotel first thing i noticed was several signs saying excuse the mess we are renovating!!!! Walked into the hotel to over hear a patron highly upset due to the loudness of the renovations The ladies were nice repeatedly apologized and even asked if i wanted to book a hotel nearby .IT WAS THAT LOUD!!! But i agreed to stay and it was nice hotel but they were renvoating 8-5 Easter weekend

I cut my arm on the towel hanger in the bathroom and the place do not have first aid kit to even get a small bandaid and evening clerk could have cared less. Morning clerk was very nice she tried I told her to tell her manager to get a first aid kit ASAP for the staff at least.

Cars on highway are super loud. I did not see a hot tub, even though there may be one, not sure where and the Pool was closed completely. Could not even lay in chairs on a 90 degree day.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. We spoke out. Then I phoned and it rang 15 times, right in front of me. Finally we heard noise in the breakfast room and found someone to help us. Room 422 is infested with ants. The carpet looked like it needs a good cleaning.

The hotel website advertises that their rooms sleep 5 people and I called in advance to confirm. We paid $200 per night which seemed like a high price for the area but we always stay at Hampton inns due to being able to accomodate 5 people. Every Hampton Inn I have stayed at has had either a pull out bed or you can get a cot put in the room so I had no reason to question this. We had to wait to check in because no one was at the desk. There was a sign that they were temporarily unavailable. This was at 3 PM - Checkin time. When we got to the room it was very small with two queen beds. I called and asked about a cot or rollaway and they didn’t know what that meant. I finally went to the desk in person and was told they only had rooms with two queens or a king and a sofa. No one could explain how you would sleep five people in those rooms. You absolutely cannot expect three people to sleep in a queen bed. This is false advertising!! I requested an additional room but was denied and only after a lot of discussion was told they could refund me the room cost. We had to leave an get a room at embassy suites. Thankfully they had one. Interesting it was only $20 more, WAY nicer, WAY more amenities, and a HUGE room. And it was clean. Hampton inn bathroom in the room was FILTHY. I am so displeased with this whole experience.
