"The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the breakfast options , I feel like there wasn’t too many for kids. The choices of cereal weren’t really something they’d enjoy ( special k , raisin brand ) at least one kids cereal would of been nice because the other options ( oatmeal , yogurt ) just weren’t really something they cared for. "

"Breakfast buffet was good. Had non pork options which was great. Cleanliness wasn’t great. The pool was cloudy. Our shower had used washcloths hanging along the curtain rod..disgusting. Hair in the sink and crumbs on the floor. Uncomfortable situations with odd men knocking on the fitness room doors asking to be let in, made us uncomfortable and leave. When he came back he had the door propped open..didn’t feel secure or safe. "

"Arrived at 230pm was told check in was 3 I was ok with that came back around 5:45 still can't check in. My husband who is in a wheelchair chair and I was told to sit in the lobby and that our room would be ready in 15 minutes. We were not given a room until 8pm Next morning I ask if we could have a late check out. I was told no and the front desk personnel was very aggressive and mean as of I was asking her for a million dollars. I stayed at this location before and didn't have an issue but this day in question was horrible. I was told by management I would get a free hotel stay at any of there locations, never did. "
