It's too bad.... Pros: Fun lobby design. •The lobby had a youthful, fun vibe with pool table and lounge/bar. The bar tender smiled. Cons: Unwelcoming staff, poor bathroom design. •Only 1 complimentary bottle of water provided - room slept 4; reservation was for 3. •Sliding door to toilet/shower that doesn't even latch. Startlingly loud, aggressive flush. •Only 1 person could use combo shower/toilet area at a time due to open shower doorway with glass wall and no shower curtain. 9/11/26 - Room 207 still has a broken toilet paper holder as noted in previous review; toilet paper fell off it and onto the floor.

Wonderful 4 night stay with my great niece. Quiet, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Indoor pool was a plus. Staff were kind, welcoming, helpful. Outdoor and indoor bar with plenty of seating and tables. Westerville location near many popular restaurants. Close to interstate. Highly recommended.

Friendliest staff upon entry, Rebecca, the bartender is personable, friendly and introduced everyone and added to the already inviting atmosphere. The rooms are so clean and beds, pillows are so comfortable. Definitely will be staying at an Aloft again. Great hotel, quiet, convenient and clean!

I loved the layout of the room. The lobby was very inviting with a bar, ample seating, gas fire place, and pool table. We didn't use the pool (didn't think to bring bathing suit), and if it had been warmer, they had a nice outdoor lounge area that would make a nice place to relax.

Parking was easy and included. Could use a night light for the bathroom. Free coffee in the lobby and a coffee machine in the room, with tea also. Good overall, our only complaint is check-in asked you pick a room cleaning schedule which they did not follow. This was resolved the next day with housekeeping. Would stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Parking was always very easy to use. My only complaint is that our room got too hot for me to sleep in the evening and night. I had the central air on and the thermostat set to 60⁰. During the day it was freezing. But I couldn't figure out how to cool it off at night. I didn't use any amenities. I was there for sonic temple, so I wasn't at the hotel other than to sleep.
