We stayed here since we had an early morning flight and this hotel was close to the airport. We weren’t there very long, but the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were so friendly! We left before breakfast was served but were offered the fruit and oatmeal that they did have ready. The parking lot wasn’t big, but we took advantage of leaving our car parked there during our trip. It was $2 per day cheaper than the green lot and with the amount of traffic in the area, we didn’t worry about anyone messing with the car. The shuttle service from the hotel to the airport was great! There was no waiting and our driver was friendly and helpful. When we called to be picked up from the airport, the shuttle was there in such a short time. We’ll definitely stay here again should we have another early flight.

This was my first stay at Tru but won't be my last. It is convenient (close to the airport) and clean. It's definitely a "millennial hotel" (bright colors, lots of open workspace and pool table in the lobby), but as a "Boomer" I appreciated the energy (affirmations on the front door, young staff). It's fairly new, and smelled fresh. The bathroom hand soap is everything!

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory. I dropped a item on the floor and was able to see under the AC unit it was filthy, looked like it had not been cleaned in a year. I've stayed at this property before and was satisfied. I would return however I will check room for clean standards. Not crazy with dogs in hotels but that's the way of the world.
