"I had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Zürich Hotel. Everything about the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The beds were extremely comfortable and the amenities in the room were excellent. The staff were outstanding—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the team made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities were great, and everything was organized and high quality. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Zürich. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant stay. "As is the case with most hotels in Europe, the air conditioning does not operate at this time of year; they fail to take into account—at the very least—those tourists who are accustomed to using it regardless of the season. The room was very basic, despite the fact that we were informed we had received a free upgrade—I would hate to have seen the most basic room."

"We didn't have breakfast. If you are in a comfortable room you do not get a kettle or a safe although the staff did say we could use the coffee machine in the lobby and lockers by reception. Nice spa area though the hot tub was out of use. "

"The hotel is located far from everything. I cannot believe this is called a five star hotel. It is a two star Hampton hotel. When you arrive to the reception, they send you on a half mile hike down to Long tunnel to get to the supposedly @superior room.” the room we went into was dingy and old and the bidet didn’t work. The shower didn’t work, and if you tried to plug in the towel, warmer, the breaker flipped, and all the lights went out. They moved us to another room, which was actually better. Unfortunately, I left my very expensive $$$$ jewelry at the hotel when we departed and 5 hours later when I called to retrieve it, they claimed “they had found no jewelry”. It WAS there. Someone at the hotel hit the jackpot. So it was a terrible two day stay for us."
