"We had a good time at this property. I think it was a little confusing that we were actually located in a condo separate from any main hotel building (studio Venus) and there wasn’t too much around us. But it was very walkable and there was enough support from the hotel staff to get what we needed if the room didn’t have it. We had a very nice and comfortable stay. "

"I had a great stay here and the view of the Matterhorn was breathtaking even from the 3rd floor. Everything was clean and updated. I would suggest to take a taxi from the train if you have heavy luggage. Overall I would stay here again "

"Super smooth check in process. Loved the views ans silence at Overlook Lodge compared to a regular room at Cervo. Staff was extremely attentive and were accessible at all times. I was jumping out of my bed every morning at sunrise to enjoy the views! At a little extra cost you can also enjoy breakfast and spa at Cervo. Hotel has direct connection to the lifts! I would recommend it to everyone and stay here again!"

"Beautiful appartement with amazing view on the Matterhorn. We were a family of 8 staying in the 4 bedrooms penthouse. We loved our stay there and the wellness spa area was a lovely way to recover after a day of hiking. The only comment we have is about the kitchen supplies. If you want to cook a meal for 8 persons, there is very limited kitchen supplies. No scissors, no cutting board, no cheese grater, only 2 small cooking pans. We made a cheese fondue and there were only 6 cheese fondue forks....

"Hotel Alpina is a little gem of a hotel tucked away in a peaceful and green location just a very short distance from the high street in Zermatt. The staff in the hotel opposite where you check in and can also use the restaurant were absolutely excellent in every way. Nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was fabulous, too. "We were given a room with a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. The weather we had for the three nights we were there was perfect. This hotel is within walking distance of the train station in Zermatt and all of the lifts to the mountains. We also walked to Randa one day. It was also away from the noise of the downtown area of Zermatt. The black nose sheep were in the field beside the hotel. "
