"The staff was very attentive friendly and prompt. They were always ready to help. The only thing I would recommend is a dryer to complete the washer guest need clothes dry immediately. Thanks for making my stay comfortable. I was worried about not choosing a big hotel but Rhema Apartments made it easy."
"I booked the apartment for 20 nights but on arrival I was told there is no reservation and I had to look for an alternative. No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork.
The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!!"
