"I didn't particularly care for the area ,very noisy late at night. The beds are very hard."

"I booked the apartment for 20 nights but on arrival I was told there is no reservation and I had to look for an alternative. No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork. The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!!"

"The hotel does not have any agreement with Expedia. Thus they declined and money was still deducted despite this. Avoid booking it . Someone out there disguising as representative of the hotel. Expedia should investigate. I was made to pay cash again because they claim not to have agreements with Expedia in any form"

"Great location near a lot of shopping stores. Close to the international airport. Double standard room was too small and had to pay more for an upgrade. The hotel could not find the booking when we arrived. Left and came back after calling Expedia. "
