"After a very long day of travel, the staff who I met on arrival were welcoming and very friendly. The room had everything I needed, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The food I ordered via room service was excellent and very generous servings. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The room was nothing like what was advertised. It wasnt clean. The walls were moldy. If you like mold, then this is the spot for you. As soon as I walked into the room, I knew it was a red flag, but I had no other choice, as all the hotels were sold out on Christmas Eve. I woke up coughing up mucus; I was afraid the mold had affected me. My voice was groggy. I asked to be checked out and for the remainder of my payment to be refunded to me, but they refused. I called Expd to request my refund, and they said they could not help me. Expd would not correct the issue, but instead wants their guests to stay in a hazardous environment, even after showing them pictures as evidence of the health hazard. I have contacted my lawyers. "
