"From the moment we got to Cabana Bay it was all positive! Check in staffer Jonathan was amazing! Great conversationalist, quick and friendly! We even got a free upgrade on room and view! Room was clean. Pool had plenty of seating in spite of the typical chair hogs. Lifeguards were plenty and attentive. Security was great and key cards were needed to get into the pool area. Fitness center was well equipped! Beautiful resort. Would recommend 10/10 and will be back. "

"one out of two elevators was OUT OF SERVICE for all 4 nights of our stay, not sure if it was on purpose to save some cost or they couldn't get anyone to repair the same. it caused a long wait time as our room was on 5th floor. breakfast was decent, but repetitive, only change in variety was in waffle which we loved. they could work on shuttle pick up time from universal theme parks, currently its 8.15pm, could be more like 9.15 or 9.30 pm."

"Staff, cleanliness, food everything was great. This was my favorite place I stayed while there. And I stayed in other hotels. I was planning to move to Orlando. I just wasn’t able to use this hotel as an extended stay until I found me a place. Appreciate this hotel for giving me peace in knowing that there gonna take care of you in all aspects.
