"one out of two elevators was OUT OF SERVICE for all 4 nights of our stay, not sure if it was on purpose to save some cost or they couldn't get anyone to repair the same. it caused a long wait time as our room was on 5th floor. breakfast was decent, but repetitive, only change in variety was in waffle which we loved. they could work on shuttle pick up time from universal theme parks, currently its 8.15pm, could be more like 9.15 or 9.30 pm."

I just wasn’t able to use this hotel as an extended stay until I found me a place. Appreciate this hotel for giving me peace in knowing that there gonna take care of you in all aspects. "Room was big and always clean! The staff was super nice and helped in many ways. Location was wonderful for universal and close to several good restaurants. Only one elevator worked out of 3 which made longer wait. Also the bus that took us to the park did not pick up after the park closed."
