"They cut off the water on the last day and the garbage disposal didn’t work, but the hotel room was nicely remodeled and it was very clean. The lady at the front desk was professional and proficient. We will definitely use the hotel again."

"The staff was incredibly nice!
I made the reservation via Hotels.com, which said the hotel was pet friendly.
When I arrived and said I had a pet, they said the policy is dogs less than 25 pounds.
Well, my dog is three times that! This was not mentioned online when I made the reservation.
But the staff allowed is to stay and we were very well behaved. (Much better than the 10-pound dog down the hall which barked a lot!)
The bed was super comfy! I’d love to know what bedding/mattress the hotel uses. Very nice!
The shower was a bit touchy. Not much temperature range. "

"The staff was very courteous and helpful knowing was from out of state. I don’t usually travel alone especially in larger towns but my husband was in the hospital so things were very stressful. The front desk staff was quick to let me know they would help in any way and gave directions to all the local dining areas etc. I wanted a very clean, quiet, cool room and a shower. I definitely got it and if needed in the future I will go out of my way to stay there again. "
