They failed to provide my request for a TV in the room that provided closed captioning feature for me. I am deaf & rely on that to understand spoken language on the TV programs. We had to cancel the reservation and find another hotel that could accommodate my disability. Hometown Inn & Suites agreed to refund the expense; however, they went back on their word. Next step is to report them to Better Business Bureau

The service was great and rooms were clean. They are a little dated and need minor renovations. Even with that said I would book here again. It was good for the price.

General manager took the liberty to charge several charges to both cards I have on file and I only authorized one charge. Ned linen had stains, hot water was NOT working. I will report the fraudulent activity to both my banks. I have receipts and screenshots for the various charges

Good location. Abandoned vehicle at the front parking area. Employee would not help at midnight with people yelling in the neighbors room. She said she couldn't hear anything. The counters in several of the rooms I saw were falling/crumbling apart. Duct tape on the wall to hold the wall paper on. Strong bad odor in the hallway
