"The stay was great. The only thing that that I/we had a problem with was that no one told us that there would not be housekeeping on a daily basis. I didn’t find out until I got in for the night and found that housekeeping didn’t come to our room. Then I called the front desk asking about getting fresh towels and that’s when i was told that you have to request housekeeping if you are staying for less than 4 days/nights. And with the price I paid I feel like I should have housekeeping every day. "

The best part of this hotel was there was no carpet, everything was tiled, and no it wasn’t cold on my feet at night. It wasn’t over decorated, it was simple and had everything you needed in your room! This building used to be a NASA data center, so the rooms were a little different but awesome! Everyone is super friendly and the housekeepers really go out of their way to accommodate you and any requests you may have (we wanted extras pillows and towels). There is a free breakfast and the wifi worked great. We were very comfortable here and will stay again when in Cleveland. "
