The hotel was run down. Rooms were not cleaned right. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Stains on the sofa. The pool was dirty.

Nice staff/terrible hotel

The front staff are the only acceptable part of this hotel. It was filthy and run down. The front piece of a drawer was missing and a window cracked and repaired with blue tape. Worn down furniture that was dirty. Carpet smelled like wet dog. Uncomfortable beds! Pool needed attention. Skimming leaves and bugs off. Everything looked and felt like it hadn’t been maintained in10-15 years. Will not recommend or stay at Town place suites

Loved this gem!

Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Hotel staff was so nice and friendly. Parking was easy and safe. Room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Great location: - Right off the freeway - Lots of food close by (most close by 9 so get there before then) and even more within 7 min drive (open after 9) - Close to the lake!

Great location. Incredibly friendly staff. These are the reasons we are able to give 3 stars. This facility is in shambles and there is no way it meets Marriott standards. It is not clean, common areas smell bad, and it is way behind on maintenance. This property is about ten years overdue for a remodel. If your are traveling with a large dog like we were and don't mind a place that is a little rough around the edges this could work. $100 pet fee is kind of a joke in a place where all the furniture and carpet was ready to go to the dump a while ago. I can't emphasize enough how awesome this staff was, and if it wasn't for that diamond in the rough we would have likely complained about the other things.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The front desk staff were very helpful and the breakfast lady Reva was exceptional. However the carpets in the hotel need a good cleaning or replaced. The rooms were clean though. The sidewalks outside are in need of leveling because my wife tripped and fell.

I was disappointed in the breakfast.. we expected a better selection.. also, our room was not very clean, even had stains on the roll out couch mattress.. coffee grounds spilled in fridge, hand prints on the curtains. We had to go get toilet paper on our first night there.. I rarely give bad reviews, and really like complimenting venues.. however, we will not stay here again, nor recommend to friends and family .😢
