"Having read mixed reviews about old and new rooms I decided to book this hotel given it has the best location in downtown Beijing. I had a rough start, upon arriving on the metro and walking through the mall to find locked doors inside the mall to the hotel with no directions how to walk outside and around the mall in the rain to find the entrance. It was not straightforward and nobody knew where it was to help as the mall was filled with tourists. Finding the hotel entrance was not easy. ...
