"Room is clean, however the bath tub is not neccessary at all and crowded the small room. Staffs are very professioanl. Breakfast is great , but food variety seemed to be lesser than our previous stay. other than that, everything is great..........."

"The hotel’s location is convenient for a short stay. It’s very close to the airport and there is a free shuttle bus that runs 24/7. It’s a fine place, but they just miss on some details. The staff is very polite, but they speak poor English and as a result you get different responses from two or more people. The breakfast is good. The dinner options are ok, but nothing special. The maintenance is ok, but the bathroom door didn’t close, because it was broken a long time ago and no one cared to fix it."

"I was charged RMB 0.25 for a phone call that was never even connected. The front desk staff tried multiple times and knew no one answered. The night before check-out, 1 was told there were no charges. Yet at check-out, this fee was still imposed. It's not about the amount—it's about the principle. Charging for a failed call and then insisting on it reflects poor service and a money-driven attitude. Very disappointing."
