"Clean room, staff was wonderful. Breakfast was simple but has everything you need. One thing that surprised me was when I got a text from the hotel an hour after checking in, to see how things were going and if I needed anything. Such great service!!!"

"I booked this hotel because it’s located in the Greece area, and I expected it to be a decent place to stay. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the moment I arrived. There were random people standing outside the property smoking weed. While I understand that it’s legal, it doesn’t create a good first impression when you’re pulling up to check in. It made the environment feel unwelcoming and poorly managed. The condition of the property also raised concerns. The garbage area in the back looked like it hadn’t been maintained in weeks, with trash scattered all over. It gave the impression that basic upkeep isn’t a priority. At check-in, I was surprised to be charged an additional utilities fee. I understand that costs like RG&E have gone up, but passing that expense directly onto guests without clear communication beforehand felt unreasonable. Safety was another issue. The emergency exit stairwells were not properly lit, which is a serious concern in case of an emergency. The room itself wasn’t the cleanest, but we made do. However, someone was smoking cigarettes throughout the night, and the smell gave me a headache and made it hard to rest. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I would not recommend this property."

"The front desk staff member at check in was super friendly and sweet. She made you feel so comfortable. Our room was very clean and the beds were by far the most comfortable we have slept in. Parking was easy and there was lots to do around the hotel. "

"The room was clean and the staff was excellent. I did not like that the toilet was so low to the ground and the shower head was not high enough I had to duck under it. "

"The room was so bad , I literally had to go get sheets and Lysol wipes in order to sleep. There’s no one at the counter to help you on a weekend even after 9am , you gotta use a phone on the wall to call for help. The entire premise smells like smoke residue . 0/10 experience and oh check in is equally as crazy "

"The room was cold had to have the heat on all night as it would not set to shut off. The shower curtain had a burn hole in it. None of the outside entrance doors were secured doors. The check in girls was very nice. They had soap and toothpaste toothbrush in the room which was nice. You had to make sure the room door shut, the tv had a line through it and the remote was not connected to the tv to change the volume "

"Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Clean hotel and good breakfast. Pool and hot tub were also in good working order. "
