"Unfortunately we were unimpressed with the property and our stay. The room was very "average" overall. The television was very small maybe 30" (but we recognize people don't go to hotels to watch TV). There was a kitchenette area with a sink, microwave, and small refrigerator...but absolutely nothing else. No plates, no silverware, no paper towels, no glassware, absolutely nothing. Makes it rather useless. There was a "breakfast " that we were told at check-in was served starting at 7 am. There was no "serve" about it. Some bagels, dry cereal, and a couple of muffins. No juice, no yogurt, nothing warm at all. And certainly no service, just plastic utensils. In fact, there were not even napkins, we had to find them in a cabinet. Even the trash can was so full we had to push the existing trash down to fit our little plastic plates in. As long as I'm being overly critical, the luggage cart was broken and could barely fit in the elevator. Overall, we were very disappointed and would not stay there again (note that almost every review we write is glowingly positive, just not this one)."

"At 8:25 in the morning on the day that we were leaving, which happened to be a Sunday. Housekeeping staff knocked at our door and then entered our room and we were still in bed."

"We planned our stay back to the general area that we used to live to visit with family. We remembered this hotel and the location as being what appeared to be a nice, well kept hotel. Unfortunately, it's not anywhere close to what we expected. The room clearly hasn't been cleaned after a long term renter or used in a long time. Either way the floors hadn't been swept or mopped. We realized before we checked out early than planned that there appeared to be dried urine (hopefully animal and not human?)just under the end of the bed. The sheets and bed covers were very worn, thin, stained and smelled of a mixture of wet dog and human body odor. The pillows were very worn, sweat stained and smelled of human body odor. This is a pet-friendly hotel but we didn't reserve a pet-friendly room so, wasn't expecting any of what we found. In addition, my husband saw a dead roach right outside the bathroom! The clientele this hotel serves is traveling blue collar working men and women which the ones we encountered were very polite and courteous people. Some of the other guests were walking around the main front desk areas and public use designed areas in skimpy gowns, bonnets and house shoes. None of the staff seemed to think it was out of the ordinary and didn't say anything to anyone. We left the hotel after complaining to the manager, desk staff, housekeeper and hotels.com. We'll never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. "

"No one at front desk. A sign was up stating the county ordered the hotel closed. Several people were standing around trying to get help or a refund. This hotel was literally shut down. "

"Brought my fiancé and my mom for Mother’s Day. My mom insisted on a hotel with a jacuzzi. We all had a great time! We will be back. "

"Other than the bathroom door sticking and making it difficult to open and close easily (I mean, it really got stuck), room was great and fit our needs. Staff were pleasant, accommodating, and so helpful (shoutout to Jessica who checked me in!). Restaurant staff bent over backwards to make drink special requests, and beautiful smiles when serving our delicious food. Thanks for a great wknd! Close to all that Rochester has to offet!"
