Service: Overall service was negligent, with staff failing to address complaints or provide necessary amenities. It is highly recommended to seek alternate accommodation if you expect basic cleanliness and service."

"I was in town for a conference - this hotel was within walking distance to the conference center and several dining/shopping options. The hotel was clean, staff were kind, and the included breakfast was decent. As a group of girls traveling, this hotel felt very safe and somewhere I would stay again. The only downside is that the AC was noisy. "
