"Best value for money in Kingston. Safe, clean apartment with everything you need for self-catering and great air-conditioning and wi-fi. So close to the US Embassy, our trip went smoothly. Only issue is that check-in is very late and check-out is very early."

"I rented this apartment for about a week during business presentation in Kingston. The staff were helpful, detailed and kind. Also, the location and general layout is very safe and well-kept. I appreciated having laundry appliances and a full kitchen with pots and pans so that I could cook, too. Security guards at gate 24/7 plus staff on WhatsApp made me feel like everything was always taken care of. "Is not an ideal place for a business trip since it is an apartment with no restaurants at walking distance. Be prepare for an additional charge of US$110 cash for cleaning and management charge. You need to call to arrange someone to meet you at the place as you arrive and as you leave (is not a hotel). The place is nice but is not a hotel."
