"Wonderful location"

"My overall trip was good. I have stayed at the Terra Nova on several occasions and it had always been immaculate, however I noticed a few flaws on this trip. The window curtains had a few ring top hooks missing which caused some parts of the curtains to hang loose preventing full closure. Some of the chairs in the lobby could use some upholstering and the pool is never available for the guests to use because there’s always a private function taking place on property. Otherwise a good stay. "

"The hotel is very clean, my room was spacious and really comfortable, staff were very professional, and the breakfast was really good with continental options at the buffet. I loved that there was a Jamaican breakfast option prepared to order. Nice rooftop dining was a vibe! Only cons are getting to the parking lot was tricky with the really close corners and tiny spots. And the pool…or lack there of was disappointing. It’s more for esthetics than practical use. Didn’t have a lounging vacation feel. More of a commuter hotel, business travel or 1-2 nights stay. Overall enjoyed my stay! Good location."

And the house keeper they were very friendly and helpful even down to the remote for the Telly they help me and my brother, I didn’t get the chance to take them properly but next time. "

The check in clerk was not the most friendly and was more rigid than was necessary? But the other staff and their friendly attitude made up for and feelings I had about the start of the encounter. "A lot of confusion checking in so that made the first interaction terrible . WiFi didn’t work the entire night so I had barely any means to communicate. "

"Property needs to be updated. Old fixtures and would do good with some painting. Staff is ok - polite , nothing to rave about. Restaurant is good- breakfast was interesting they count how many pieces of food is on the plate and for some reason the food is always cold even though you just place the order. Need also better lighting in rooms especially bathroom."

"I love that everything was good. I didn’t get to get in the pool because stuff was so hectic and everything was moving so fast but it was a beautiful hotel. I would go back there again and again and again."
