"The lobby is absolutely stunning. The rooms feel a little dated but ours was clean and comfortable. The shower glass isn’t tall enough so we sprayed water on the floor. Beware- they put a fluffy stuffed dog called Buster on the bed, so the room is actually $35 higher than advertised. Evil genius who came up with that idea. My kid sleeps with it every night now…"

"My stay was great, the room was immaculate, the view was beautiful. The only negative I’d say was the ice machine on my floor was broken and I called housekeeping to get some ice. Only to be told “ we don’t deliver ice to rooms you’ll need to get that yourself but I’ll let someone know the ice machine is broken “ I was very disappointed that being a Hyatt Rewards member and at the cost of a room being over $500 a night , I don’t think bringing ice to my room when the machine is broken is to much to ask. "
