"Over the past few years, we've stayed at this hotel several times & enjoyed our stays. However & this past weekend, we noticed the a few things about our stay: 1. We waited for 50 mins. at the airport for the hotel shuttle. I called the hotel twice but it still took 50 mins. 2. The hotel restaurant only offered a buffet for breakfast. The breakfast was decent but 1 person in our party only wanted coffee, orange juice & toast. She had to pay for the buffet to get the few items she wanted. 3. The sidewalks of the hotel entrance & also the rug at the entrance to the restaurant were littered with leaves for the 4 days of our stay! I think it's time for us to select another property on our next visit!"

"Our stay was perfect for me and my kids. Shops and places nearby to walk around. The only downside is the valet parking, it was full at the time but there are parking garages about less than a block away. Other than that, stay was great and would definitely come back again."

"This hotel was very good, with a great location. What stood out the most was the customer service. I had a few issues with the room, and Kevin, the housekeeping manager, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that everything was taken care of. He even provided a gift certificate for a complimentary night to compensate for the issues. I really appreciated how responsive and accommodating he was. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The airport shuttle is greatly appreciated, but I had trouble with the link showing the current status of the small bus/lg van. When I reported it, I learned one needs to tap the arrow on the R to remove the spinning icon and see the map. My room is very comfortable and I enjoy the view. It's clean, and I feel safe. Despite flights landing often, I don't hear them (probably due to the dan running). I had to leave very early, or I would have enjoy some breakfast. The room has a mini-fridge, but no microwave. I did enjoy walking the paved Bayshore Trail. Yes, I would stay here again."
