"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "This is such a great place! ok, rooms are slightly small but given the price and location and amenities, it is value for money 1) we love that the rooms have no TV there are manual crossbows in the rooms which we play with our kids just before bedtime 2) close proximity to eateries the xmas market was just right infront of the hotel we loved the atmosphere! Rivalto, an italian restaurant nearby serves great pasta as well 3) we love the communal kitchen!! traveling with a big group of 6 meant eating out is expensive and often may be hard to find seats we love that we are able to cook in the communal area where coffee n hot chocolate and sparkling water is free flow!! "
