Perfect location close to the train station and in the heart of the city. The staff were amazing, they even leant us a dry bag so we could enjoy the unique experience of floating down the river.

Centrally located. Couple small things need attention; fridge kept items warm, could use a little upkeep. Also free drink for green option; but…apparently one sparkling water for my wife was 12 francs, so about $20 Canadian. That seems utterly ridiculous.

Conveniently located next to Bern train station. Close to the Parliament, restaurants and local food store. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Beds were comfy. Only negative we had a charcuterie board one evening which was too large for only 2 and quite pricey.
