"Location isn't fantastic for tourists - but other than that.
Its beautiful - peaceful - staff are lovely - facility is so clean.
I'd say you should definitely check this hotel out. "

"I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Santhi and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The property was unclean and poorly maintained, with visible mold and cockroaches in multiple areas. The food hygiene was unacceptable — I found dead flies in the meal that was served, and the breakfast buffet had fruits infested with ants and flies.
The kitchen staff was polite, but there were very limited vegetarian options, and I strongly advise against booking with dinner included — it’s simply not...
"The staff are very friendly. There's cheap laundry service and they help you rent a scooter for a good price. There's a nice gym on the second floor. The rooms are not very modern and clean and are a bit dark. The neighborhood isn't the best as it's in Denpasar so expect a lot of traffic and local businesses nearby. "
"The bedroom was ok although a musty small in the evening the bathroom was a disgrace I have seen better derelict conditions taps rusty with mould toilet bowl heavily stained from poo toilet seat grubby shower cold only mould they swooped after I complained but it was just the same I got a cloth and water and cleared the mirrow from splash marks it came up good the owner said what you expect we gave you cheapest room at $20 what you are joking I don’t care how much I pay a bit of elbow grease...

"Hotel was exceptional clean and well maintained breakfast was lovely lots of choice. You must try the fresh coffee- wow!
Only slight downside on a very busy road but easy walking to beach only 15 minutes and the Icon Bali shopping centre.

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach. The resort has a lively but relaxed energy, with beautifully designed spaces, a huge main pool that runs all the way to the beach, and thoughtful touches everywhere. We stayed in a private villa and loved the spacious layout, swing bed, and plunge pool. It felt like a peaceful retreat tucked inside a bustling beach town.
The butler service really elevated the experience. Even though this is a larger property, the team made it feel personal. We didn’t expect that kind of attention at a resort this size, but it was a great surprise. Every staff member we interacted with was warm and professional, especially the receptionist that checked us in (sorry I don't recall the name!) and our butlers, Arya and Pras.
The food was excellent, and everything we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and presented with care. Whether it was a loaded mezze platter poolside or a full meal in the villa, we were consistently impressed.
If you’re looking for a balance of style, energy, and comfort in Seminyak, this is a great choice. It’s polished without being stuffy, and you can feel both the design and the hospitality were done with intention."
