"Fabulous stay. Great food and spacious, clean rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Laundry service and room service were top notch. If you are a light sleeper or off schedule from the time change avoid the rooms on the south side of the property as there is construction at the property next door. As a solo traveller there weren’t any places to hang out, like a bar, so I spent extra time in my room. Which was fine for me and restorative, but did get lonely. Next time, I’ll bring company. ♥️"

"Everything was great. Property, rooms, location and people. One thing that kind of annoyed me, and it doesn’t change the rating is on multiple occasions while my wife and I were having breakfast, employees would stop by to see if everything was good and if we needed anything. One person in particular, two days in a row stopped by and asked question after question to the point of being irritating. I think she was just trying to do her job but needs to dial it back."

"This really is a cute place to stay, for the most part the staff was incredibly nice. However, it advertises that you can get massages by the pool side and that was not the case, now they come to your room. The pool wasn't much to enjoy, very poor upkeep. Plus side to all of that is they have a restaurant upstairs called Hiromi's, which is really good for all your meals. Good selections! Awesome staff! There's also a cute sandwich/toast deli downstairs that's really good! There's a market two doors down that has all your needs with awesome prices! There's also a spa across the street called De Alam Bali Spa which is awesome! Very friendly staff and awesome spa treatments! All in all I would go back and stay. Especially if you want to stay away from the "tourist" crowd!"
