"The bathtub clogged when I went to take a shower. I was woken up at 4 a.m. because the maid's quarters were next door. The pillows are uncomfortable."

"An excellent hotel. The breakfast is buffet style with a menu on the side to order eggs, etc. the pool area is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean. The beds are comfortable. The only thing I would say is that this hotel is not for small kids, as the upper floors open to an atrium that looks very dangerous to young children. It has protection on two sides with a glass railing, but the other two only have a flimsy wooden barrier where young kids could easily fall through right down to the lobby. It is absolutely scary!"
