"2 ladies on reception were veey welcoming and efficient upon check in. The whole hotel is pristinely clean. The room was spacious , spotless and comfortable. Everythkng was modern and the little toiches such as bottled water and slippers were very much appreciated. The location is so convenient for the train station , as well as local shops , bars etc. We didnt eat here at all as we already had other plans but now i wish we did as the food looked really good and fairly priced. The bar area is again very clean and welcoming. "

"This place is amazing. From the outside the property looks very uninspiring but step inside and it is a different world. The sympathetic conversion of the building is incredible. Wonderful friendly staff, great food and drink. Our room was wonderful and a great size with view of Everton’s new stadium. If you go to Liverpool you must stay here."

"Room was clean, toiletries provided, bedding was freshly made. Staff were polite and informative, easy process checking in and out and always passed a kind smile when leaving and returning for the day. Bed was comfortable, clean and spacious aswell as the bathroom which possessed clean water for showering and washing hands. Cleaning occurred daily and upon return to the hotel in the evening a fresh bin bag had been set aswell as new towels and toilet paper "
