"Ocean club east is a great resort. It is near shopping areas and restaurants. Theres a shuttle that takes guest to the west location where all shops are. The facility is well maintained and the staff is very friendly. It's great for families."

"This hotel is conveniently located by grace bay beach closer to turtle cove marina. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are very modern and clean. The cleaning staff do a great job keeping things in order. They have towels for the beach, gave great excursion recommendations, had free parking, and gave bottled water! I would absolutely stay here again. The bad reviews for this hotel go to show you cannot please anyone. It is a great hotel with clean amenities and friendly staff. "

"We really enjoyed our room at the Sands. It’s close to shopping and dining and the restaurant on site was very good. Eating and drinking in Turks and Caicos is very expensive but they have beach cruiser bikes you can borrow and take a quick ride down to the grocery store to pick up some food and drinks and go check out the cute town with fun shopping and restaurants. The room had, a nice little kitchenette and separate living space from the bedroom. We would absolutely stay here again, especially if we take our kids so they can have their own bedroom. The pool was super nice and the staff was awesome! Facility was very clean."

"Stayed 4 nights on a couples trip we loved the property. We loved the front desk receptionist Alba and we were greeted with a welcome beverage and a cold lemongrass cloth from Alan. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and I would stay there again."

"I love this Hotel. It was very quaint. It was in walking distance to a lot of things food, shopping, lounges/bar, etc because it was on a main road everything was convenient. The staff were nice. The pool was small, but it It was still relaxing"

"Very good service. We enjoyed the continental breakfast every morning, great coffee. Very close to the beach, we didn’t mind walking, service is provided if needed. Staff is very helpful. The gentleman who attends the bar, always takes the time to say hello when we pass by. The pool was never crowded, always able to get a chair by the pool and on the beach. We had no issues on getting clean beach towels, always available at check-in desk. The Mexican Restaurant makes amazing drinks, located in the Villa and Ice Cream shop next door, great too!! "
