"I was a solo female traveler, and loved Windsong! I felt safe and cared for. It’s a great spot for families- lots of activities that are included in your stay. Right on the beach by the renown coral reef - which is great for snorkeling solo.
Would recommend Windsong resort to families and anyone traveling solo.
Will definitely come again!"
"Our stay at The Sands was wonderful. Our 2 bedroom suite was so spacious and most importantly clean! The kitchen had all you could need if you wanted to cook a meal. The beach is absolutely GORGEOUS!! The water was calm and beautiful. We were within walking distance to several shops, restaurants, and Gracebay supermarket (which I recommend if you'll be cooking your own meals). If your a dog lover, they have Potcake Place K9 Rescue. You have the chance to interact with the dogs and walk them along the beach.
Nothing negative to write about this resort and its amenities. I must say that the island is pretty expensive. However, you would expect that since everything is imported.
It's a must take trip!"
"The staff made my Birthday special with the personalized birthday cards and cake. The entire check in and out process was easy and efficient. Clean and quiet stay. Food options were great! Concierge was also helpful in assisting with outside activities. Overall, highly recommended if you are looking for clean, quiet and relaxation. Everything was well maintained daily."
"This is one of the quietest resorts I have been to. Our room was in building 6, a botanical room. We had a slight view of the ocean water, but a green, tropical view nonetheless. We didn't care about the view because we spent little time in our room. The room bath towels were scratchy. I wish they had been as soft as the towels for the pool and beach. Staff was very helpful and sweet. We ate at Pelican Bay restaurant twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast. Both meals were delicious. Both pools were clean and relaxing and so was the hot tub by the adult pool. The grounds are lush with plants and trees and fun little ceramic statues throughout the grounds. My only complaint was the snorkel masks were foggy and there were no SUP equipment, only kayaks. That being said, you are right on Grace Bay beach and it is stunning! You will enjoy the soft sand, swimming, and relaxation of the beach chairs and umbrellas. It is also a little further away from the main shopping and grocery. Definitely walkable, but carrying anything heavy will not be too fun coming back."
"Second visit to this hotel, prior to my scuba diving trip. A little pricy for just one night, but the convenience of the location on Grace Bay is what I was looking for. Four quality restaurants are within walking distance, so that is a plus as well. Rooms have AC, ceiling fan and in my case - a huge round tub in the middle of the room. I would think it fits two persons easily. Rooms were very clean with separate toilet and shower room. All the facilities were in working order. Staff is very friendly and receptive for your needs.
If I travel back here for diving again, will look at Zensa for my first choice."
"Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!"
