"The staff is amazing and courteous. They are also helpful, bringing me to the room with no issues. The place is very clean with a fresh scent of breeze. The breakfast selections are also magnificent with tastes from various regions. I find them overall luscious, a lot more than having just pancakes, cereal, eggs, yogurt, and bagels."

"Had a great stay. Very convenient location, easy check in, very clean and comfortable room with a good shower and bed. The restaurant is nicely furnished and staff are friendly. One particular staff member Megha Shinde was very helpful and kind to me. I had a lot of heavy bags which kept falling off the trolley. When i was checking out, she saw i was having difficulty and decided to help me all the way to the bag check-in at the airport! Overall i would recommend the hotel to anyone who needs a night's sleep in between flights. I would stay again."

"We had a lovely couple of days at Planet Hollywood Navi Mumbai. Clean room and bathrooms, excellent breakfast and room service. Both fish and prawn curries were delicious. Big thumbs up for Divya who served our coffee and omelette then cleared the tables. Very polite and always smiling Ahmed was ever so helpful and made our stay very comfortable, even helped us book our Uber for our next destination. Will definitely stay here again.."

"The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside was the heavy traffic outside the hotel, which could be a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again."

"Had a mishap and informed the hotel hours before checking but they refused to cooperate and refund the money The did not even offered a partial refund. Had my booking company called also and they refused. Horrible customer service they are only interested in the finance aspect not the humane feelings. "The room was clean and comfortable. The view over the lake was fantastic. I've stayed several times. I go back because the pool is large, with lots of loungers and the breakfast has best variety of any hotel breakfast in the city. The staff is excellent, both friendly and professional. I appreciate the fact that there are posted rules for areas and the staff follows through with the rules, even when some customers complain. For instance, while at the pool recently, I saw a father arguing with the staff because he had put his young daughter in the pool in regular clothes. They pointed out that she needed to be in proper swim attire. He argued and yelled, but they held firm. Congratulations and well done to the staff!"
