The staff has no clue what they’re doing — every simple request needed 3–5 reminder calls, all day long. No professionalism, no interest, and zero courtesy. Food service is a joke. Minimum 2 hours for any meal, and even then they manage to deliver the wrong items. Overall, a very disappointing stay. The hotel desperately needs proper staff training. Until then, I absolutely would not...

If traveling for business, I can rebook at this property provided other options such as IBIS Thane are not available. "
