"I absolutely loved this place! I split my trip into staying at two different places because I was concerned about not having AC and the humidity. However the fans above the beds were very strong and it was comfortable. The place was very jungle vibes and rustic which I loved! "We absolutely loved this resort. We came for our anniversary & stayed 3 nights 4 days. We were upgraded to preferred status when we arrived so we were moved to the preferred room section, with access to The Grotto restaurant and pool. That was a wonderful surprise & really made the trip for us. The resort is really clean, quiet, and beautiful! The restaurants all had a great selection of food. We didn’t get to try Jasmine unfortunately, it was closed on the day we wanted to go. Italian restaurant was fine but the Bluewater Grill was exceptional & the ambiance was amazing! We loved the passionfruit margaritas w/ tajin rim at the pool bars. Service was great as well. Karaoke night was so fun! Tulum in general was a great airport to fly into & rental car service was easy to navigate as well. Will definitely come back!"

"El hotel es hermoso y acojedor, tiene todo lo que necesitamos para relajarnos y pasar unos dias increibles , todos los empleados fueron muy atentos y educados y Efectivamente el mapache forma parte del hotel como en los otros comentarios, pero no afecto en nada, para nosotros fue parte de la naturaleza . Sin duda alguna volveria a regresar en otra temporada."

"I loved the hotel and service they provided. Although from the moment I checked in - I was told I would be in a different room which sort of upset me - they offered us a welcome mimosa and then told me we would be in a different room which made me happier and they told us we would be moved to the original room by day 2 of our stay. On day 3, we were moved to another room which was honestly better because the AC in the 2nd room did not work as well. They use WhatsApp to communicate and meet your needs and are respond quickly with your needs. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the drinks! I also got massages and they were one of the best messages I’ve gotten by the beach. The only thing I would say is to watch out for roaches, crabs, and insects in the room. Personally I don’t like insects or animals in the room but if you’re up for that then you’ll love this hotel! Also - they help out with transportation from the airport to the hotel. Thank you Qamar for making Tulum an enjoyable experience."

"The location was great, it’s inside Tulum national park. I understand that the beach is pretty much unsuable because of the seaweeds (I go to tulum every year since 2023 and the last time the beach was swimable was 2023). I know we can’t do anything about how nature decides to dump all the seaweeds in tulum but I’d appreciate if they make there pool clean and swimable. We ended up transferring to another resort but I got to give all the staff credit they were all nice and helpful. The food was really top notch and amazing."
