KAN Tulum Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Good love everything about it"

Hotel Shibari Tulum - Restaurant & Cenote Club
8/10 Good
"Amazing hotel with a private cenote, a little piece of paradise away from the busy street. Very serene place to enjoy a great DJ during the day, reading by the cenote, enjoying good (however pricey) food and drinks.
The low point… we lamented being given a premium room with a view on abandoned structures that ruined the experience. Tried to change our room but the hotel management was totally deaf to our request, and only offered to upgrade us at a cost $65/night when we were already paying in excess of $300… so they left us with a very mixed feeling…."

Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

"Edgar and Andrea all the staff are great Portofino had the best food seaside grill worst food. The cabana concierge was very good just wish the ocean had less Algea "

Hotelito Azul
10/10 Excellent
"I took a solo trip and had a great stay at Hotelito Azul. The property is beautiful and has a very natural, tranquil vibe that makes it easy to relax and unwind. The design blends really nicely with the surroundings, and everything feels calm and intentional. Loved that it didn’t feel commercialized, but instead felt personal and homie.
The atmosphere was definitely a highlight—peaceful, surrounded by greenery, and access to the ocean. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to disconnect and enjoy a slower pace. I didn’t even need to leave the hotel, as outside companies were welcomed to come and provide services to me, like a massage, right in the privacy of my room.
Staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful when needed. Especially a young man named Jonathan that works at the lunch/dinner restaurant on site. I even met friendly stray fur babies that like to stay at the hotel.
As far as amenities, I did use the gym, which was very nice and good machines/accessories to use. The only small downside for me was the jacuzzi—it looks great, but it’s not heated, so I didn’t end up using it.
Overall, a really lovely stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, nature-inspired getaway. It’s even walking distance to the hotel zone, with restaurants, stores, etc, if you are someone looking to also experience Tulum outside of this wonderful hotel. I know I’ll be staying there again."

Mía Tulum Beachfront Resort - Ocean View Suites and Beach Club
10/10 Excellent
"Had an amazing stay at MIA. The location is perfect—right on the beachfront—with a great-sized pool and genuinely friendly staff (special shoutout to Anna!).
One of the highlights was the beachside massage setup—super relaxing and thoughtfully done. Our room had stunning views of both the ocean and pool, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was just incredible.
The bathroom was spacious and laid out well. Overall, such a serene and memorable experience—I’d absolutely come back."
