Tulum hotel rooms a the Independent

"1. The safe is useless as it is not attached to the closet structure. 2. The wristband used to open the room is not reliable, and it is not a convenient way to open the door. 3. Housekeeping visits were very late twice"

"Listen….. I’ve stayed at a few Secrets (and hotels related to the brand) over the past few years, and I’d have to say that THIS was probably BY FAR THE BEST Secrets I’ve stayed in. From arrival…to check in…to being upgraded at no cost…to having your own concierge that makes sure you’re okay and keeps you up to date with the daily activities…to the rooms….to the restaurants/food options…the spa…the beach club…ALL OF IT! Top tier!!! I was sad to return back to reality after having such a great NYE vacation. I would stay here again if I ever come back to Tulum! Thank you to all the staff for your professionalism and hospitality! "

"I love the hotel. The staff was always friendly. The only thing I didn't was that they close the bar at 12:00am on Saturday in a resort. I have not ever seen that and not having a Disco it makes worst. "

"The location was amazing. We got the sea facing room which we really loved for the view and sound of waves. All of the staff members were great , polite, professional. The property was very safe and private. The deep cleaning was great, especially the helping lady, Reselida, was amazing. Thank you for hosting, i hope to visit again :) "
