"The hotel was probably the best in the local area, however while it was acceptable, several items would not make it an easy choice to return. "Quite a dust in room, especially in bedroom around the tv and tv wooden doors on top not touched for long time and drawers in edges too, not a big thing, staff awesome, the receptionist, other staff with very limited English so then end up at the restaurant while on my way to swimming pool, the breakfast is very lovely concept, set up, almost all food great except the pancakes and very strange ham, not edible for European, the danish pastry and croissants were super buttery though 👍👍but in general very nice property, ah and when you try to call hotel, you are transferred to Spanish customer service with no Vietnamese knowledge, so took phone from my gf and used English instead."

"This is an exceptional hotel in Ninh Binh. Our room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. The bathroom had a beautiful bath tub and power shower. What makes this hotel is the staff starting with the concierge who organised our trip for us, he is a credit to the hotel who could work in the top hotels in Mayfair, London where I’m from. Our check in and out was seamless and when we left for Hanoi we had an amazing send off by the staff. Thank you so much Legend Hotel, will be back next year for a longer stay. Best wishes to you all. "If you want a paradise in somewhat remote area with a gorgeous accommodation, this is it! All the staff was amazing and the facility is so wonderful with attentions to every detail. Nothing but nature is there but if you call a grab, restaurants, major activities are 15 min drive away. I don’t want to recommend this as I want to keep it to ourselves without spreading to others but I highly recommend this!! Good for a couple or family."

"While the staff were very friendly and welcoming, my stay was significantly impacted by the noise levels. The property is home to local frogs that live directly beneath the rooms; their calls are remarkably loud and sound similar to barking dogs and is constant non stop! from 8:00 PM until 4:00 AM every night. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, you may find it difficult to get any rest here."
