"Super easy to find and a short block from the Aldgate East tube station. The functional kitchen and laundry in suite were fantastic! Staff were warm and friendly, and key venues were easy to get to from here. Short, pleasant walk to Spitalfields Market in one direction and the Tower in another. There are little convenience stores very close by to get groceries or ready to eat meals."

Leonardo Royal Hotel London City - Tower of London
10/10 Excellent
"Everyone at the desks were great. It was our 1st time in the UK. We didn’t realize we had to have a different adapter than the rest of Europe and the staff gave a charger to use but wouldn’t work so they charged our iPhones for us!
The only disappointment we had was we asked the concierge to help us with getting a taxi to go to Buckingham and Kensington palaces and both of them brushed us off and said take the tube and literally turned their backs on us. "
"This hotel was perfect. Quick check in, great WiFi, clean rooms with lots of little extras, delicious breakfast and lovely staff. We will definitely stay again. "
"Great hotel, fab location, staff are very helpful and knowledgeable on the surrounding areas. Breakfast was excellent and the coffee was spot on. Couldn’t fault it. Had a great couple of nights, they done some balloons for my daughters birthday which was lovely. Mini fridge in room with water and milk was a big bonus! Nespresso coffee machine in room, shortbread and tea! If we come back to London we would certainly look to stay again. "
"The room was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we would change would be the mattress. Maybe pillow top mattress covers would provide more comfort. Other than that, we loved everything about it. Nice restaurant, close to the tube, walked over the bridge to The Ivy for dinner. Felt safe and loved the views. "
