"Up There is one floor of a commercial building. The rooms are perfect! We got the Matejuska room, which has the harbor view and it was amazing! "The property was wasy to locate wasn't far from bus terminal. Very local to all transportation, train, ferry and taxis services. 5-10 minute walk to make attractions. Accommodation is room only but plenty of restaurants available with a short walking distance. Hotel located on second floor of building very clearly signed. "Great location in the old town steps from everything. I chose the virtual checkin because I wasn’t sure exactly when I would arrive but the instructions were simple to follow. The room was clean and in good condition. You are above a couple of restaurants so you can hear noise if you open the windows. It didn’t bother me … I actually enjoyed the breeze and waking up to the distant sound of church bells in the morning. As some mentioned, there is no lift but that also wasn’t an issue for me. "

"This boutique hotel is a gem . It's quietly located on the hill above Split only a 20 minute walk to the old town . We walked down into Split every night and cabbed back which was only 10 euros to return to hotel and well worth it . Breakfast is great and the staff is so accommodating and friendly especially Tena at the front desk who happily answered all our questions . The view from the 4th floor of the adriatic is spectacular . My only regret was that we were not staying longer . The pool in the back of the hotel is a great way to spend a lazy day before venturing into Split .. If you are coming by car there is plently of parking right in front of the hotel . I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again when I come back to Split . Great hotel and Great staff ! Thanks very much !"
