Wonderful experience at Riva Luxury Rooms! Highly recommend staying here. The suite was spacious and plenty of room for 2 adults and a child. Only set back was no lift but the stairs were manageable. I canโ€™t say enough good things about the staff, so warm and welcoming. They reached out to us prior to our arrival and were flexible with our check in time. 10/10 stay at Riva Luxury Rooms!

Great location, although a bit hidden/difficult to find. Was able to keep in touch with reception and she came out and guided us where to go so it was much easier to find. She was very kind and gave us tips for our trip. The room was very spacious and clean with all of the amenities we needed! We are right in the middle of the main strip which was great since everything was walking distance! Overall great stay, we enjoyed it!

Great location in an amazing city! Natasha was very, very helpful. Be sure to arrange parking with them in advance since it is difficult to find parking in Split. Riva Luxury Rooms is a little difficult to find. Itโ€™s identified by a small plaque on the side of the building, so watch carefully for it! The room was lovely, clean, and once parked, we walked everywhere!

Good location. No lift. Make sure you pre book parking (doesnโ€™t say anywhere you have to prebook and was a drama when we needed multiple car parks - even though we had booked 4 out of their 6 rooms) The women who checked us in was there for the majority of our stay and went above and beyond to help us in all ways during our stay. Exterior hallways - which are shared with other accommodations look like something out of the post war era. Once inside our rooms however they were all modern, very clean and had everything we needed. Excellent location.

Location of the property was excellent, convenient to the port and all the restaurants. the unit was nicely remodeled and clean. The only negatives were as follows: 1. the bed was very hard and not comfortable to sleep in 2. noises from above unit and restaurant right below the unit kept us up for a little, but wasn't unbearable.

The view was spectacular, but that's about it. The food was not good, and it was very hard to eat it for every meal. There is not a level of customer service or luxury. You have to go get your own drinks at the pool, (there are no servers), and bring back your own glasses. They request you check out pool towels for 2 days. If you want bottled water each day, you have to get it yourself, but only from specific places. You can only get hard alcohol from one bar, and you can't order it in the restaurant. No snacks are provided and they won't let you bring food from the restaurant to your room. The staff are less than friendly, and most seem to hate their jobs. They work very long hours and there aren't enough of them. We made the decision to never stay in an All Inclusive again after this experience.

I had a great stay at Riva Luxury Rooms in Split. The lady at reception was wonderful, she gave me lots of helpful advice and kept checking in to make sure I was happy. Rivaโ€™s Luxury Rooms was the perfect place to stay in Split! The location couldnโ€™t be better โ€” especially if youโ€™re arriving by ferry. Our room was spacious with a great view, and the hosts were wonderful! They were very communicative and even arranged an early 6 a.m. airport pickup for us, which made travel so easy. Everything in Split is just steps away. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff who were so helpful. Unfortunately our room wasnโ€™t great. A small window at the top of the wall on one side of the room with no views at all. A broken curtain and a metal outside blind that was down and unable to be lifted meant the room felt shabby and closed in. The room was a good size and bathroom ok. Great for walking around to the old town but that was reallly the best that can be said. On an 8 week trip and this was by far the most disappointing accommodation. The kind and helpful staff were the only endearing part of the stay.
