Beautiful spot located minutes from downtown. The room was large and very clean. The staff was extremely helpful answering all of our questions and giving us recommendations on what to see and do and where to eat. They arranged a convenient pick up to and from the airport. I will definitely stay here again.

The little apartment was not only clean it was very thoughtfully equipped and decorated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Marco was a very charming host. He made a suggestion regarding a convenient and affordable dinner and breakfast place. House Sandra was a pleasure to stay at. I found the whole experience restful when traveling can be so stressful. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Beautiful large room. Comfortable bed, air conditioner was great, shower good pressure with plenty of hot water. Very nice espresso machine and water kettle with refrigerator, cups, plates, bowls, silverware. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for coffee and tea in the morning. Location was just about a 10 min walk to the beach and 10 min walk to town.

We had a lovely stay! Our flight was delayed, but Marko was an excellent host and kindly waited up for us to check us in and show us around the room. The location is fantastic, the accommodation was spotlessly clean, and the thoughtful touches (such as the bowl of sweets on the table) made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return in the future.

House Sandra is the perfect place to stay in Split:) It is a modern room in an antique house:) The owners are Split locals, so they have great advice on what to see and where to eat:) It is five minute walk away from Old Town, which gives you a quiet place to sleep:)

The room we rented upstairs was spacious, clean, and well kept. There was a restaurant within 10 feet of the house, and they served great food and was reasonably priced. This house was in a good location in the sense that it was close to (walking distance) the beach as well as old town, the market, the port, and promenade. However, it is in an older part of Split so the buildings around it are rundown and the area is quite dirty. The renters were helpful, kind, and easy to contact.
